This new two-story health and wellness center building consisting of 20,000 sf is located at Florida International University, University Park. Forbes Architects was responsible for all disciplines including architecture, building and site engineering, interior design, and landscape architecture. The building to be heavily used by students and medical staff was designed to be inviting, friendly, and suitable for new age wellness.
