This three-story classroom and office building, consisting of 36,000 sf, is located at Florida International University, Modesto A. Maidique Campus. The architecture styling of this building was intended to compliment the earlier buildings on campus including fenestration techniques and the use of precast concrete.

Forbes Architects assisted the university in designing a landscaped mall, to be flanked by covered walkways with elevators and stairways that future buildings could “plug into”.
