This project consisted of architectural and engineering services for the design of a four-story, 250,000 sf class “A” office building in West Miami-Dade County. The ultra-modern facility consolidated the corporate headquarters of Ryder System. Forbes also provided contract documents and administration services for the main lobby at Ryder Systems. The interior was designed according to Ryder’s request for modern, sleek and minimalist look. Security issues were addressed by creating a secure entry point to the building with turnstiles, security guard check point and electronic key door access for employees.
