This project consisted of complete architectural, engineering and interior design services for the design of this three-story office building located at the Flagler Station in Miami-Dade County. The 82,500 sf facility included an open central stair atrium, sophisticated security and telecommunications systems, secure lobby, generator, gym and a securely fenced site. This project is the recipient of the General Services Administration 2003 National Built-to-Suit of the Year Award.
