This project consisted of the programming, space planning and growth forecasting for the existing 18,000 sf Federal Express office. The existing offices had become disorganized due to rapid expansion. A detailed program was developed to formulate several zoning plan alternatives. The alternatives were evaluated and logistical phasing. A three-phase plan was developed to accommodate their expansion, into a total of 34,000 sf, while remaining completly operational at all times
