This project consisted of a new cold storage warehouse with a refrigerated dock that expands the existing cooler space as well as interior improvements. The facility was occupied by a business that received various dry storage products, which were temporarily stored until they were loaded on trucks for export. The project was an expansion of the existing cold storage area.
